Torshia is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) Intern at National Louis University with an emphasis on exploring root issues for optimal mental health for all age ranges. Torshia has a passion for helping others and providing empathic support for individuals experiencing religious trauma, personality disorders, and behavioral challenges. She specializes in a variety of empirical modalities including psychoanalysis, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused treatment. In her spare time, Torshia enjoys cooking.
