Latoya is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chicago State University, and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Governors State University. She is also certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1: Bridging the Couple Chasm. In addition to her specialization in family and couples counseling, she has a strong background working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression. She is interested in helping couples, families, and individuals enhance their life competencies. Latoya is married with a 10 year old daughter. Her own self-care includes watching lifetime movie network, traveling, catching action movies at the show with her husband, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
