Dr. Pamela Applewhite, MA, PhD
Dr. Applewhite has her BA in Psychology from Limestone College, a Masters in Counseling from Webster University, a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University and is currently finishing up her second Masters Degree In Higher Education at Southern New Hampshire University.
Marlene Arteaga, M.S. – Clinical Therapist
Marlene is a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Therapist who currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, (with an emphasis on Youth Studies) from Central Michigan University. She has an extensive background in working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and co-parents.

Ms Sheila Baxter, LPC Is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been in Private Practice for more than four years.
Michael Bonifacio, R.N., BSN
Michael Bonifacio, RN, BSN is a registered nurse specializing in critical care and is licensed in the states of Illinois and Indiana. He has been a practicing nurse for 22 years and has worked in various hospitals in the city and suburbs.

Shannon Carr, M.A. - graduated from Clark Atlanta University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Dr. Aaron D. Chatman, Psy.D
Dr. Aaron D. Chatman, Psy.D completed his Masters Degree at Roosevelt Univ. and his Doctoral degree at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in multicultural competency.
Elsia “Peaches” Davenport, M.A.
Elsia attended University of Ill at Chicago and has a Master’s degree in Education from Concordia University in River Forest, Ill. Despite her young age, she is currently retired from teaching and school administration to contribute part-time as office manager to The Psychology Center, Inc.
Dr. James Davenport, Psy.D.
"Dr. D" has been in private practice for over 20 years as Administrative Director of The Psychology Center SM. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Psychology.
Paul Davenport, M.A. and Doctoral Candidate
Paul is currently a 4th-year doctoral candidate at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL, where he is pursuing his Psy.D. in clinical psychology. He obtained his M.A. from Midwestern in July 2021.

Dr. Michelle Davis, PhD holds 3 Masters degrees and has graduated from Northcentral University, San Diego with a doctorate in Education.
Dr Zummuna “Mona” Davis, PhD.
Dr. Davis (“Dr. Z”) recently completed her Ph.D. in General Psychology at Walden University. She completed a BA in General Psychology from Chicago State University, and an MS in General Psychology from Capella University.

Dr. C. Jerome Fore III (Dr. Fore) - has a BS degree in Psychology and Special Education, a master’s degree in special education, and a Special Education degree in School Counseling from Alabama State University.
Sariette Gandjo, R.N.
Sariette Gandjo, R.N. is a Registered Nurse licensed in Illinois since 2018. She graduated from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Addison with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Jennifer Graves, M.Ed - received her M Ed. in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona Univ and her BS in Psychology from The University of Arizona.

Ms TERRI GREEN, M.A. Candidate - is finishing her Masters degree at Chicago State University in Community Mental Health and offers her time to both adults and children, but has a special interest in working with even very young children.

Dominique Holmes, N.P. – is a Psych Adv Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who graduated in 2017 with a BSN from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Chicago. She also is employed at Hines V.A. hospital currently.

Kim Horton, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a graduate of Chicago State Univ who strives to create an environment that fosters a positive therapeutic relationship with every client. She uses therapy as a way to nurture, support, challenge, and understand her clients.
Aya Jabra, Doctoral Candidate
Ms Aya Jabra, M.S. is a Doctoral student in clinical psychology at Walden University and has had clinical experience both in private practice and in hospital and school settings, including Westbank, Palestine.
Faith is in her third year of a Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Chicago State University. She has 14 years of experience in community mental health and substance use disorder, specializing in methadone maintenance.

Dr. Eleanor Juarez, Psy. D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Psychology and with a double minor in the Psychology of Crime and Justice and Women’s Studies.

Having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Benedictine Univ. in Spfld, Illinois, Jennifer went on to earn her Master’s in Forensic Psychology.

Dr David Little, PhD has a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. He has 2 master’s degrees in Professional Clinical Psychology, both from Walden University and also from Roosevelt University, Chicago.

Dr. Denise P Little received her Doctorate from Walden University. “Dee” also has an M.S. in psychology from Walden University, and also a M.S. in Professional Clinical Psychology and a B.S. in psychology from Roosevelt University.

RICHARD LOGAN, RN, BSN - After leaving the US Army as an Army Ranger, Richard earned his BSN from Concordia University in 1995 and has worked in hospital settings primarily providing acute care for patients in Illinois, Hawaii, and California.
