THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE
Our clients are the most important people to visit our offices, whether in person or by telephone or online.
Our clients are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them.
Our clients are not an interruption of our work. They are the purpose of it. We are not doing our clients a favor by serving them – they are doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to be of service to them.
Our clients are not someone for us to have an argument with. Nobody ever really wins an argument with their client.
Our clients are not cold statistics – names on file cards or ledger sheets. They are flesh and blood human beings with feelings, needs, vulnerabilities, and emotions like our own.
Our clients are the people who refer their friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members to our office if we earn their confidence and trust in us.
Our clients are people who bring us their wants and needs. It is our job to fill those wants and needs with our professional expertise and with efficiency – and with profit to both them and ourselves, so that our service may continue. 4/19
